1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ezautoinsuranceonline.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is
Current status: the forms on the Site are placeholders and are not connected to any destination. Nothing you enter is transmitted, stored, or shared, and no quote request is currently routed to anyone. The Site is intended to operate as a free consumer referral service that collects quote requests and routes them to licensed insurance providers and agents; the terms below describe that intended service as well as your use of the Site today. We are not an insurance company, agency, or broker. We do not underwrite, quote, rate, sell, or bind insurance, and we do not make coverage or claims decisions. Any policy you obtain is a contract between you and the insurer, on that insurer's terms.
3. No offer of insurance; no guarantee
Nothing on the Site is an offer, solicitation, or binder of insurance, or a guarantee of coverage, eligibility, availability, or price. Rates and coverages vary by state, insurer, vehicle, and driver, and are subject to underwriting. Submitting a request does not create coverage. Do not cancel an existing policy until replacement coverage is confirmed in writing by the new insurer.
4. Not professional advice
Content on the Site is general information for educational purposes only. It is not insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice, and it does not account for your particular circumstances. Consult a licensed professional before making decisions about coverage.
5. Eligibility and your responsibilities
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these terms. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information, about yourself only
- Not submit another person's information without their authorization
- Not use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
- Not scrape, harvest, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site
- Not submit automated or bulk requests
6. Third parties
The Site links to, and is intended to share requests with, third parties we do not control. (No requests are shared today — see section 2.) We are not responsible for their content, conduct, products, pricing, privacy practices, or the accuracy of anything they tell you. Your dealings with any provider are solely between you and that provider.
7. Compensation disclosure
The Site is free to use. No referrals are being made today, so no compensation is being earned. If referrals go live, we may receive compensation from providers when we refer a quote request or when a referral results in a sale. Compensation may vary by provider and may influence which offers are presented and in what order. It does not change the premium you are quoted by an insurer.
8. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, design, and marks are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from the Site without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY DEALINGS WITH A THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED PLACEHOLDER — insert a cap amount (for example, USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Changes and termination
We may modify these terms or any part of the Site at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and continued use means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at our discretion.
13. Governing law and disputes
